Botanic Building Supplies will put in place mechanisms for the collection of packaging materials (including transportation pallets) from Framework Clients within an agreed timeframe. This service will be provided at no additional cost to the Clients.

All packaging utilised in supplying the Goods shall, where possible, be manufactured from recycled or recyclable materials.
